Ah, no need, here's a link:

Best wishes on the update!

Neat then don't mind me :)! Best wishes on the update! And it could just be me honestly, I just felt it was a bit rough on my ears over time.

For 48 hours, that was a pretty kewl game! I was confused to start off on how to actually engage with enemies but eventually figure out that there's a hitscan collision system and auto attacking for all characters within a certain range. I wonder what would happen if you had a character or ability to heal occasionally after a certain number of waves (like its a healer who rarely heals or a time-based healing ability).

The animations were great! The collision and my knight moving a million miles away was hilarious XD but I'm guessing that was a bug or a feature you plan on changing? If not, fair enough.

Great game buddo! Nice work :] !

Great concept for the main mechanic!

The music fits really well with the art and the gameplay, the jump sound seems to be a bit loud or harsh I guess which I think could be turned down.

In terms of the gameplay, the reset could be faster so as not to make the player wait if they died, I also wonder how the puzzles could be made different if while placing the platform the player could still move. Other than that I do agree that the scaling of the platforms seemed to be regularly most useful at its maximum size, with not many occasions where a smaller platform would prove more useful.

Neat execution of the game tho!! Best wishes with post-jam updates if you plan on it!

OHHHHHHH! Bruh I should've realized thattttttt pffft, as a pixel artist I feel I've let myself down :'( XD !

Pssssh, don't worry about it, my fault for not doing web export in time XP XD! Do me a favour and keep creating cool things like this instead tho! :]

You clearly finished my game much faster than I could yours XD! Thanks a bunch for playing! :]  And ofcourse I appreciate the feedback X] !

For how smol you made it, almost everything is really readable o-o! Love the jump animation, especially the last frame when he lands :] ! It takes teeny bit of effort to read the writing, but boi you did a lot with such a low res font, did you make it yourself?

The music and gameplay are also great! I do see the puzzle aspect as well, where technically I can find routes with the least number of enemies. The jump mechanic was managed just right so that it felt completely fair when I got hit.

Great game! X]

Really, insanely polished game! Loved the artstyle bruh, the cute little walking animation too X]!

I also really appreciate the freedom to place blocks in the middle of the air, that really allows for a lot of hijinks with the gameplay and manoeuvrability for players such as myself who make whacky solutions XD.

Great game!

I certainly do plan on adding more levels! :] Thanks a bunch for the feedback amigo!

Happy to hear it played well! (seems you didn't run into the 1 bug I didn't manage to sort out XD)

Pssssh, no need, thanks for making the game and submitting it then :P XD!

Well best wishes on any other work you plan on doing buddo! :]

Thanks a ton! :]

Thanks for letting it exist X) !

Loved the music! :))

And the art :))!

And the game X) !

Honestly, very difficult yes, but I realized my brain can't handle all the inputs so I resorted to simplifying the game to a single input, aka I press all the buttons at the same time XD. I let go when the direction is the right one and then press them all again, it got me to the end of the game so I'll take it as a feature instead of a bug ;] !

The mechanic is awesome and the art is amazing! O_O But the puzzles? The levels? How did you have so much timeeeeeeeee XD?!?!?!

Amazing game! Did encounter what I believe to be a bug, where going from the size of large to medium, the collision box of the large size remains so you cant move into gaps you would technically be able to go into.

For reference: large = 2 embiggening potions, medium is 1 embiggening potion

Loved it!

Really cool game! o-o The mechanic is something I didn't imagine seeing in the jam honestly. The music and art are great but boi it does require a good few attempts to get going.

The way the controls are taught was neat tho, nice work on the short tutorial, I say this because it really helped :] !

Neat game! Definitely crashed it as instructed not to do so multiple times XD but was fun. I enjoyed diverse tetris the most I'd say, some seemed to be a bit much for me, after all I'm no tetris officianado but nice going with the game! Pygame is difficult to make stuff in so great job amigo! :))

You reminded me of some old toys I have not messed around with, including a "Growing Jesus" XD!

Neat game, 3rd level is indeed difficult but the game and the mechanic is neat, so awesome work amigo! :))

Love the fact I thought the bullets were things that'd fill my special meter because they seemed to drop when they died! I was wrong clearly XD.

Awesome game tho oof! The music for inspiration makes sense now :')

Best wishes!

:)) I'll definitely keep the menu button size in consideration for later updates! Just to be clear this is the menu buttons located in the levels themselves, yep?

Thank you so much for the feedback and I'm glad ya enjoyed it! Your game is also hella neat psssshhh! XD

Neat work on the game! It seems people have already brought up the improvements I was thinking so it seems it'll just be a matter of time after the jam that the game will be even better! But awesome game for the time limit that you adhered to! :) Keep up the good work amigo!

As mentioned by StevePixelFace, the music and artstyle of the game is amazing :))!  The game itself is neat, from the constant positive attitude no matter how whacky my build is, even if it toppled all the way to the ground :'). Also loving the camera zoom showcase feature, how it essentially tracks up from the bottom down to the height of your build, very kewl! XD

Neat concept! I can see this becoming a decent vampire survivors-like game in my head though it may go a different route too.
I couldn't tell if the increased size increased the health of the parasites, so it could be worth highlighting that with UI if that is the case. The projectiles seem to travel varying distances from what I could see, as it would sometimes travel far and other times stop short which might be worth looking at.

Other than that it's probably just going to be UI, indicators etc which I'm realizing was due to the time limit, but great job on getting this out in that time!

Best wishes on the project! :))

Ah shouldn't be an issue for 4.1 from what I know, in terms of compatibility settings, which settings do you mean, because last I checked they shouldn't matter 🤔.

Neat game! And honestly who isn't tired from working on the gamejam :') ! Ya did your best tho, and that's what matters. The game is awesome imo, the collision box for small items seems to be a bit smaller than expected but otherwise the mechanics work pretty well, I look forward to more levels post-jam if you're planning on it! :))

To anyone having the error with launching this game here, I would recommend opening the game page outside of the GTMK gamejam submissions page by going through the developer's main page and then the game.

This is due to Godot web projects having an issue with launching when being launched inside the gamejam submissions page. Best wishes!

Great concept for a game, my brain doesn't understand how one can come up with such an idea XD!

Love the fact gravity reverses seem to be restricted to the start of each weigh in, I could see the game being so much more frustrating if the gravity reversed right before the weigh in timer ended :') .

Great job! Also am thankful for the lenience on the collision box in national, because I hit some which I really didn't think I would XD

Had I not realized it was a fishing rod, I would've been staring at the screen wondering what I was doing for a while XD. Didn't think Stardew's fishing minigame could be adapted to something like this *clap**clap**clap*

Awesome stuff amigo! :))

This looks like a really interesting start to a bigger game that handles Rube Goldberg machines and the like! :)) Neat game amigo!

In terms of improvements, the friction on the collisions is a bit unclear and where they will make the marble go to. And ofcourse some more levels but considering it is a 48 hours project, I do understand there wasn't much time, Good effort tho! Keep it going! :)

I seem to agree with the comments on the great weight to belly ratio XD, and the speed being a bit lower but I did want to add that this would also help if it applied to the jump time, as in how long it take for you to go from having started the jump to back down, because that felt a bit too fast to control. Also had a good bit of difficulty holding shift, up, (left/ right) and jump for the climbing section and sometimes due to there being a restriction on some keyboard on the number of inputs, it meant not all of my inputs would register. So I wonder if it would still be as fun and difficult if you removed the need to press up to stay on the wall while climbing, instead having it so you fall only when you run out of stamina, like in celeste?

It's just an idea ofcourse, I think the game is great! Nice work on the art, music and the concept! :))

Neat concept! The health regen was kinda overpowered but let's call that a feature instead of a bug ;) XD, but otherwise the game seems cool, exceeding the weight is really rough, and I wondered if there could be certain build that would be worth that slowdown and yh.

Neat game! Definitely got confused on the jump mechanic but didn't stop me from enjoying the game. Honestly, seems any feedback I provide is a repeat of what people have already said, from the bug to the neat tutorial. But I do wanna say it's certainly a quirky idea!

Neat work! The art's great and the concept works too, wasn't expecting the ending XD but, it ended faster than I expected. I will say I didn't realize there was a world boundary when I was avoiding the enemies, so it might be worth putting in an indicator for it possibly. The game itself is very simple and lends itself to easy play so great job on finishing it up!

Last thing I wanna add is, I love the foreshadowing in the literal shadow of the title screen XD. Amazing job!

Pretty much as ya said, I managed most of it, but even though I really wanted to add more levels, I didn't have the time to do so :') but am definitely planning on adding them after this jam! I have a few more mechanics to mess around with after all o.o . Thank you for playing the game and the wonderful feedback! Appreciate it! :)

(1 edit)
