yes, it basically works like a world skin but for levels. copy the world folder from vanilla and drag it to your level folder.

right click the pipe and put it a name on the ¨Name¨ option. then, with another pipe, right click the pipe and put the name of the pipe on the target option.

in the character selection, there's an options menu on the middle top. and there's a button on that menu where you can change from ¨Battle¨ to ¨Co-op¨.

man, the barrels coming from above SUCK, they even block the path you're supposed to go! If you lose all of your lives, too bad, YOU GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BEGINNING, what a fucking game.

no offense, but this game gets a 5/10. love the unique levels, but it needs a bit of polishing and bug fixing and it could be better.
