If it was once considered a planet, why would they bother changing it? That's the thing I don't get. If it's got the attributes of a planet, then it should be considered a planet. And yes, I WOULD like to say there are over 50 planets in the solar system. Having more planets being considered planets gives us more places for discovery, and the smaller the planet is the easier it will be getting all the data from them that we need.
Why is Pluto not considered a planet?! It IS a planet, I don't understand why people say it's too small to be one. Just because it's small, doesn't mean it's not the same thing.
