The lights flashing might be due to the order of the songs that played - the graphics are supposed to flash in time with the beat, but only works well on the quieter song right now. So if you got the two louder songs first (they play at random), maybe the third song coincided with you hitting a score of 50 :) Congratulations by the way, my highest is 42! Thanks for playing!

I am impressed this is your first game; way better than my first Unity game. Congratulations on your first project! Add some random enemies, a bit more movement and (the hard part) some enemy movement patterns and this could turn into a very cool R-Type clone.

Bah browser inconsistencies I guess, or maybe a bug in my loading code that I have yet to find :D I'm glad you got it to work! Thanks for playing!

Really?! Wow you are so kind! You've literally made my day :D THANK YOU!

What browser/device are you using?

If you could check your browser console for errors and report them here, that would be extremely helpful.

Yep, though just on Easy and Medium. My strategy was to target specific continents for a few turns, then swapping to the more populated ones, repeat 'til obliteration :D

Wow, this is addictive and very fun! My favourite entry so far :)

Ah, Titan, my favourite moon. I could not make it there but I enjoyed trying! Really well put together and nice graphics!

Yes, I noticed that too but I ran out of time to fix it, along with mobile controls (which would have allowed this to run on anything).

I will fix this bug (and the rest) and make improvements once the voting period is over - after all the effort I put into making the deadline, and despite Javid saying we're allowed to fix bugs, I'm loathe to spend any more time on it now the deadline has passed :P

Thank You! Though I have to admit I am standing on the shoulders of giants here, in particular the Unity engine, whose methodology I mostly tried to re-create. It was they that introduced me to the concept of EC(s) and prefabs.

I also spent most of my time working on the "technicals" so I can appreciate what you've accomplished. Nice effort!

Too hard for me, but then that's my fault as I'm terrible at math. Very original idea, true to the theme! I may not have got anywhere but I sure spent time trying to :)

Thanks! Performance isn't great as I literally made the game engine from scratch; its very much a prototype right now!

Edit: Running in Chrome *might* give better performance :)

A beautiful take on the text-adventure genre! Impressed!
