If a game is not published on itch.io and gd.games, participation in the jam will be considered invalid.

I take this from the rule.

But,how I say I think the problem it's on my phone becuase there Isn't much internet connections.

I see on your profil, but no in the jam subbmissions.

You can subbmit 2 game and it's possibile to do when the time to subbmit is finish. 

So,yes 

The objective of the game is dodge the "things" and if you collide 2 times  you lose .
