Yeah for some reason, modern Windows systems are positive it's a virus and there is almost no workaround. We developed it primarily on Linux and then moved the files to an old Windows machine (Windows 7) for packaging. On that machine we get no errors at all but we haven't been able to find a solution for more modern systems . . .

This was a fun game. The controls were fine for me but I think this game would benefit a lot by having the mouse locked into the game. Often times while moving the camera, my cursor exited the game window. I don't have a Windows machine so I had to play in browser. Maybe that isn't an issue on the desktop version.
Yes we've read about the controversy with the anti-communist movements. It is particularly complex to really analyse their motives since what is historically referred to as "Cursed Soldiers" really consisted of several distinct resistance groups operating over a period of time. It becomes even more complex when you start looking into the propaganda used by the communist government against the resistance forces. Nonetheless Poland now has a national holiday in remembrance of their actions. As with many conflicts in the Cold War, the real morality of the conflict was fuzzy at best. We just thought this was a small conflict that many people wouldn't have been exposed to before.
Not related to the Cold War but the concept of the gameplay loop itself was fine. You could have changed your graphical theme to better fit the concept of the jam. Also tank controls combined with very fast movement makes the game hard to control. Consider slowing down the turning and movement speed but giving the ships some inertia so they drift after movement.
The graphics and concept are impressive. I found the difficulty to be highly RNG-dependent. Any time I had to make a double-jump my chance of success lowered and since the layout of the obstacles vary from run to run, sometimes a level would be very easy other times very hard. I think I also misunderstood the controls. My intuition was that holding space would increase altitude but since it was jump-based, I automatically made the assumption that I had to make the jumps from the bottom position (incorrectly). That obviously makes the game very challenging. Overall I think it was really good. If the spacing between barriers were increased but the plane speed was also increased, I think it would be even more fun.
This game has a nice feel and cute graphics but it seems the starting menu was cut off (at least in my browser). I wasn't sure if it cut off gameplay instructions but I was pretty unclear on what to do. Once I messed around for a while, it made more sense. I was still never sure why there was one of the characters from the opposing party on the map.
This was really fun. The difficulty curve started off really easy and then quickly ramped up but I found it worked well for the game. There were some small things that I wasn't sure if they were features or bugs (being able to knock grenades back at the thrower) but overall they made the game more fun and I felt like I was finding my own way to play.
