Really nice, but keeps crashing on death (app just exits). I'm on Mac.

(I will smooth out the camera movement after the rating phase is over)

  • By touching the borders of the screen, you move the camera towards this direction
  • By using the mouse wheel, you can zoom in/out
  • The camera movement is COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT of the player

I don't know if it was intentional due to the theme, but the text is getting cropped :/

OMG, it was AMAZING! One small note for future development: Sometimes, things (the player, the boxes, the spikes) start to slightly shift to the right.

Some problems I had:

  1. The mouse is extremely sensitive - I find it quite difficult to play in browser, and fullscreen is nearly unplayable :(
  2. I somehow managed to get negative HP without dying :P from this point, I could freely roam around, getting more damage without any consequence, and also shooting the enemies didn't cause them any damage (I assume that I was considered "dead" due to the negative HP?)
  3. I don't get the theme interpretation :/

Other than that, it is quite impressive given that you only had 2 days to pull it through. Keep it up!

Nice! Quite fun! My only problem is the dissonance caused by the tiled 2D graphics and the camouflage areas/text. Also, I would love it if it could be a little bit more fast-paced. Good job!

Would be nice if it was faster and/or had an upbeat 8bit music. Shooting 2 missiles at once is nice, but the distance between them makes it quite hard to use both of them to hit an enemy and the green ones need that (they seem to be quite stronger than the others). Lastly, after a while it gets a little bit repetitive. But given that this is your first game  (I am a beginner, too) and you managed to complete that in 2 days only (my game does not even have a start menu), it's quite impressive. Well done, good job!

I am really sorry for that, didn't have enough time to make the camera control as smooth and confined as I wanted :(
