Thanks! In hind sight that was probably the best decision but in the moment for some reason I decided to leave it a mystery for the player to solve, that being which things they can interact with. Thanks for the review!!

I wasn't able to have fun because of the instructions I couldn't close out of them so when they popped up next to the door it didn't go away and I couldn't see where I was looking. But the big problem was how annoying that phone ring is my god. it's not even annoying in a fun way or in a way that adds to the suspense. another thing is the controls are weird but not terrible, that's just a more personal thing I guess. also, it doesn't fit the jam theme really, in what way is "don't go outside" used, the objective as far as I can see is just to feed the door and try finding a green key, nothing to do with outside at all. Ryan gets 1 star for that ig.
GENIUS IDEA. thats all i have to say like, the music is good sure, but the gameplay is iffy and controls are hard to use, but the idea... chefs kiss. its great, and honestly i would pay for a refined, made version of this games theres so many things you can add and improve upon its a nice little idea that within the alotted time frame holds its own against other game jam games.
and the use of the limitation/theme is brilliant as well, as well as the game in general.
The best part about this game is the music which absolutely slaps, as well as the arena boss battle style music that appears when you go out into the rain. however, everything else is lackluster at best. theres no challenge dodging the rain, you have too much health and lose too little when hit, the graphics are well, blurry to say the least. the idea and concept is nice although i dont quite get how it follows the theme, but overall its a nice game with potential if worked upon i believe.
