You can use any type of code to make your console application. A console application is code that displays itself using a console. My TDG Maker was made in a C# console application.
Maybe you got a little confused, but what console we are using in the jam is a console application. You can use any type of code to make a console application as long as you can build it, but if that's not what your looking for, were not using consoles like the Switch or PlayStation. I might not actually do this, or even join the jam, but I want to ask this(which might have already ben asked), can I make a 3D game and use MS Paint as the texture creation software?
