Thanks for playing!  I'm sorry you didn't like the camera controls.  It's a loose follow of your mouse bounded by the player object.  I'll keep that feedback in mind if I push this mechanic further.  Thanks again!

It's possible you used too much charge?  If your shield has less than half charge it can't activate, and that's by design.  Sorry I didn't get in a feedback sound effect on that one.

Very well done, I especially liked the way it almost felt like a rhythm game with all the sound effects harmoniously synchronized.

I think you should have specified that W and Space are two different jumps.  I was using W and found it impossible to dodge several attacks until I realized there was another jump height.  It was very fun though once I figured that out.

I also had it freeze at 11,185 points.  I picked the player movement speed up 3-4 times in a row and it froze on selecting the last one I believe.  It may have frozen when the menu came up though.

Yeah, I had 4 planned, including a melee-dash attack to move the boss around more, but couldn't make the time for those.  Thanks for playing!

Thank you!  Are you referring to the scattershot attack, or the pathfinding?  The feedback is much appreciated.

I noticed that an early version of my game got downloaded several times yesterday, and I wanted to be sure that if anyone wanted to play it on desktop they downloaded the final version.  Anyone with similar concerns, feel free to reply here and I'll be sure I have the final version of your game as well.

Yeah, that is a bug that presented itself in the build, but not the editor.  I couldn't get it fixed in time for the jam, but there should be a working version playable on the project page if you'd be interested.  Thank you for the positive feedback!

That answers it for me.  Thanks!

I have now watched the video, and I understand each round is not for creating a whole game.  I'm still not sure if each challenge builds on a single project or not.  Do we start from scratch for each round?

Hey, I'm just a bit confused on the structure of the competition.  Are we making a new game with each round of elimination?  Or rather working on the same game with a focus on different elements every round?
