Pros:

- Changing directions when shooting is a cool idea and it feels good

- Art style is coherent and it looks nice

- Hitting enemies feels good

Cons:

- I feel like getting claustrophobia playing, wish the objects were a bit smaller on the screen

Overall I enjoyed playing it, well done!

I can't figure out how to move the camera. When leaving full screen, the camera slightly moves to the right. I tried moving both characters or the mouse to the bounds on the right.

Might be an issue on Mac? Using Google Chrome btw

I finished the game. First things first, it's fun to play, good job!

My personal feedback:

  • I didn't figure out how to aim. It was seemingly random? I think it would be a lot more fun the skull flies towards the cursor when I hit it
  • Skull shouldn't be moveable with the body. Not sure if that was encouraged or not, but I found myself pushing it a lot instead of hitting it
  • It took me a while to understand how the spikes work. They are not really intuitive because that's not how players expect them to work (damage/die), so maybe another kind of art or an explanation would've worked

I did like the art style and the diversity of maps tho!

Thanks for your feedback! I tried to make him feel quite "heavy" to match his fat body, might have gone a bit too far for him!

The game is heavily inspired by Age of War and Swords & Soldiers, so I think it's a good thing that it sounds like that or do you disagree?

Feel free to leave any feedback here and tell me if you like the game! :)
