SO ANNOYING when I found that my paypal account has successfully payed  the bill，but got nowhere to download the game...really need help. 

I also encountered the same problem. I bought the game with PayPal last night. There was a payment record on it. I also received the payment receipt on my QQ email. But I don't have this game in my library, let alone download the full version.
