They live in Orchel. At first they stand outside, later they stand inside of the town hall.

After the quest to make Soul Lanterns and capture monstergirls, you can build a monsterhall on the overview map. You can enter this monsterhall at the sleeping chambers on the left side. The maid Vivian will be there and give you the recipe to craft various element equipment.

I've built monster quarters and captured all monsters from CG pages, except some from the challenge dungeon. Vivian is at her position in the monster quarters but i don't have any water recipes, neither when crafting nor books in key item (PS i do have water katana recipe, but not the water shield, or anything else water related). Any idea what am i missing?

Vivian gives you only one recipe, the "Monster Craft Recipe". If you have it, then you can craft water shields in the armor category.

So I have to actually open/click each category recipe under key items for the items to appear in the crafting list. Thx.

Ihy I can not get quest from Rina & Rena. I already hv all party member in my party. Also I already done the quest to help the elves in Orchel. When I go to they. They just said wanna play with us and the nothing happen.

Can you post your save file? I don't see why it shouldn't trigger for you then.
Are you sure you have all 12 party members?

I'm at 12 of 13 on the hide and seek game. I can see Hellhound, but I have no idea how to get to her. Is that who I need to get to have 13 found characters, or am I missing someone else?

Not sure how to check who's been found. I'm guessing from your reply that Hellhound ISN'T one of the people that need to be caught, though, so that helps.
