On Windows version.

The cutscene before the first fight--it seems the narration changes based on whether you have the glass shard with you. So I'd like to watch the cutscene again.

But no matter what, when I press any button, it goes to "Stale words." and skips the cutscene.

Surely this is not intended.

Depends from what I saw if you went into the room without the knife then get it Rook basically says "been there done that" and it skips past.  I do know if you start a new game(go to load game and click on a new game slot) the scene plays as normal without stale words being uttered.

The current behavior is to not play again the full cutscene if you already went through it a first time. Having the glass shard or not won't change the beginning of it and will impact the scenario only when the convict will attack Rook.

But yes, we can probably replay it entirely when you come with the glass, we'll think about it!

It just that it displays a button prompt: Press START to skip. But it skips regardless of the button you press.
