I need help gaining access to the mine in order to progress on from Breaking Armor 

1. Talk to the green soldier at Dhranholl mine.

2. Enter Whitestone citadel and talked to commander Walcot to get permission. (He's in the innermost bedroom)

3. Go back to the mine and talk to green soldier again. He'll step away and you'll be able to enter.
