You're missing the IconSet image in your files, or the updated version of it. Did you perhaps use the "update files" but skipped one or more updates?

The safest solution is to download the full game version, and move the saves from the www/save folder of the old game version, to the same folder of the new download. Make sure you copy everything, including the global and config file.
