Is the named female goblin (Selki?) recruitable when certain parameters are met? Or is there something that sets her apart from the standard female goblin? Or is the encounter with this specific goblin repeatable?

So far, there are none recruitable female goblin. I think this "selki" will give you special scene, than any common goblin encounter. I don't want to spoil anything in the game more than that. Have fun exploring.
