I'm trying to get the Steam Gun for Elly, but I can't find any Water Bottles. The walkthrough says I can get them in the Spire of Courage, but none of the dungeons I've unlocked for it (Easy, Medium, Advanced, Hard) drop them, and I don't know how to unlock the raids. I also can't get Ryoko's third event to trigger. The walkthrough says that it happens "at the Calbridge Stronghold when the first public health upgrade (clinic) is bought", but nothing happens when I go to the stronghold even though I have Ryoko's relationship over 100 and built the clinic already. No idea what to do for either of these things, please help.
