I am playing on my second file as I lost my first file (rest in peace those 30+ hours) and I noticed that after the main story final battle with Raizel's group, I didn't do anything with Renn's internal rage. I looked it up to refresh my memory, and Mira was supposed to use angelic singing and from there, I am supposed to interact with the wind spirit. However, the singing event didn't occur, and the wind spirit is in the North Dungeon instead of east of Central Castle or at Oberon. If I talk to Mira in the castle, she is just grinning at Renn's face from completing her side story with getting her wings and becoming lovers. 

I have all Party characters, I have completed Mira's angel sidequest, many other side quest as well. I have not done the Thieves Guild stuff apart of Moriko's part, Lielle in Dorgania or the Amagal Succession, these two being kind of big that I can think of.

Can anyone help me please?

I realized that i hadn't finished Vampire's sidequest, and now Mira has her singing ability, but I still cant talk to her to progress the quest, which by the way i didn't receive. Any help is appreciated!

I got a solution! After doing the rest of Vampire's side quest (finding Alexus and stuff), AND also talking ot her in the castle afterwards and finally engaging in the deed with her, the Wind Spirit was in Oberon! Thank goodness I can continue the quest (that I never got) haha
