Hey there, I'm from Iran and this website isn't available in my country and I'm using a vpn. Is That allowed? If so, If I have a friend in another country and he has a PayPal account there can I make money of selling my games?

No i dont think so, however this is only because Iran internet and if we were talking about having to not relay on Iran internet companys you wouldn't be restricted to such limits. The internet is blocked for Iran but you can still use computers and so you could sell software or games by CD locally. If you want to sell it digitally worldwide, you do have to leave Iran since itch.io, Steam, GOG, etc, requires tax information, i dont think Iran will accept what you did as legal because these are US business and you dont have a business license.
You are part of the business, your work belongs to you. The other way to get money to you in Iran is if you are a different person outside Iran but that is consider illegal since Iran will consider this a criminal activity or tax evasion. Iran has made it clear that the internet is their enemy and so they will go after people who even watch youtube.
