I am getting this error when I am trying to submit a game to the https://itch.io/jam/decadejam

For how long is it expected to last with those server problems?

I think it might because I did enter a game in many jams:

Is there anyway to get the permission to enter jams again if I promise to be more careful in the future?

I can confirm that you have been banned from participating in jams on itch.io for spamming your project.

Is it a permanent ban or a temporary?

How much time is left if it is a temorary ?

And is there anything I can to get it lifted if it is a permanent ban.

I am not saying the ban was a bad thing since I broke to rules. I just hope I can join some jams later since I have learned my leasing
