When will Book 2 be released?  I can't find the link if its out.  DEF looking forward!

As for Book 1 what a terrific story line!  I really had a hard time closing the game, in book terms it was a true page turner and impossible to put down.

Not done yet; working on Act VII (the first act of Book 2) now.

Once it's done, it'll show up as a download on the Love of Magic page for everyone who bought the game.

Can't wait!

This reminds me a lot of LoR except with sex.  Excellent story line and character development.  I'm a beta reader for a friend of mine who's writing quite the epic series of print novels and LoM is high in that grouping.

Request:  Could ya maybe give Emily a bit wider hips during her pregnancy?  Her body looks like a 12 year old's and I don't perv that direction.

Peace!

Hello, this is probably the wrong place to message but I can find no other relevant place. Yesterday I purchased Love of Magic as I had already played the free version up to Act 5. I downloaded Book 2 and on opening the game I find I cannot continue as I have not completed Act 6. Where can I get Act 6 from as I cannot find it anywhere to download. One other point is I cannot access or sign in to Steam from the purchase page, link always times out so therefore I cannot acquire the Steam Key..do you have any suggestions...thank you

Hi. Stagc; you can still download the full book 1 (Act I-VI) on the itch.io page.
I had to split it into two (eventually three) apps for two reasons; one, because the size was becoming too large (especially for mobile); the other was that as a single dev I was struggling to test that new functionality didn't break existing content... so a situation where for the example the new character selection screen introduced day 118 could break an event on day 14.

For the key, I'm not sure what's going on there... all I did for itch.io was load it up with Steam Codes. Try again later, and if that doesn't work, drop me an email at droidproductions@protonmail.com and I'll get you a new key.

Hi, thank you for the quick response. Book One (1_0_7b) is not available on the itch.io page any longer. All that is available for 1st book is apk, linux & osx files, the Windows 32 & 64 files are not there. All 5 of the Book 2_0_1_8b files are there also.

As for the Steam Key, I don't believe it's anything from your side, I can access my steam page Library and most other content but I cannot access Community which is where I believe the Steam Key is located. If the key is RNG then there is probably nothing we can do. I should have perhaps purchased the Steam edition but I though by buying through Itch then it would be more likely that you would receive a bigger percentage of the purchase price. If it's possible for you to send me a Steam Key then I will go that route as I never have any problems downloading from Steam...again thank you for your valuable time

best regards.

I think it might have gotten deleted accidentally; fixing that now, thanks for the heads up!

Hi, Book One (1_0_7b) for windows 32&64 is still not available on the itch.io page

That's really weird. Check now and see?

I had a problem obtaining the steam key as well. For some reason if you are using the steam client it doesn't recognize you as being logged into steam when you click the get steam key link. It opens up in a browser, and for some reason logging into steam via browser is a giant pain. It took me  3 days trying to get it. I had to log out of my steam client log into steam in my browser, authorize the log in then click the get steam key link. I also wanted to note that the book 2 steam link to Wishlist it no longer works.

Wow... that's curious; I'll check the incorrect URL on today's steam build, thanks for the heads up.

As for what Steam's up to... I wish I knew. That's deep inside their system, and I have no real insight into it.
