We were wondering if there was an option to enable a new way of granting access to our games on itch.io via Patreon.

We wanted to grant access based not on the current pledge, but on the overall sum patron has paid over a lifetime.

There is definitely a way to do that — WordPress Patreon plugin got this functionality already.

Any plans on this to be added? It would really help us to monetize our patrons and do that honestly while allowing direct paying via itch for other clients.

So, as an example, a game for $10 would be available for a patron of the $5 tier, if he was subscribed for at least two months. At the same time — the patron of the $20 tier would get it instantly, even if he just made the first payment.
