Thank you for the great tool. :)

Can you add a way to move the pattern boxes that are located up top, if lets say I want to easily shuffle them around, instead of having to cut/paste or copy/paste? (Like move #4 to #7 spot for example). It would be nice if I could pick any one box up and move it left or right into whatever other spot which would move the page accordingly.

Also would be cool to have some additional things besides basslines and fills. (melodies, rhythms, common chord progressions etc). Maybe some stuff like Scaler 2 does.

Also would love to be able to export as 48k Wav or do some basic mixing or if this was simple a VST that I could load up into a DAW itself.

Is there  a way to set the grid to anything other then 4/4 time signature? 5/4 or 7/8?

Also is it possible to export midi as individual tracks or just export each pattern of 4 instruments individually? This is necessary as you only have 4 instruments to work with and you can change instruments in each pattern. Normally in a DAW you would have 1 instrument per track so when you add another instrument you add another track below that. In 1 bitdragon I can have a guitar1 on instrument 1 but in patern 2 I can change that to a synth on the same instrument. If I were to export this midi track 1/instrument 1 would technically be multiple instruments. So it would be helpful to be able to export each instrument individually and each pattern individually or just each pattern individually that is made up of all the instruments. This way I could assign them to different tracks with different instruments in my DAW. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't think this is possible currently.

Also there seems to be a big bug. The midi export  seems to be fundamentally broken. If I make a pattern or several patterns of 4 instruments each and some drums and export that midi out into a DAW (in this case Reaper) only the top midi instrument / pattern (instrument 1) will work. So to explain, I open my DAW, I preload 7 instruments (4 synths) 4 drum instruments to cover the 4 instruments from 1bitdragon and the drums. I export the midi out of 1bitdragon and drag the midi file into Reaper DAW. Each of the individual midi files goes onto one of the 7 tracks in my daw. When I hit play only the top, the first synth/instrument plays. The 2nd through 7th midi tracks won't play. If I drag any of the other 6 midi parts into the top track they won't play. If I drag the first/top midi into the 2nd through 6th instrument tracks they will work. If I take a different multi part/multi track midi that I bought and drag it in all tracks work fine.

Somehow when 1bitdragon exports midi only the top / first instrument works. The 3 other instruments and drums midi don't work at all. I've tested this several times. It's not my DAW its not my configuration because again I can insert other midi that isn't from 1bitdragon and it works fine on the same instruments/ synth Vsts.

Something is seriously messed up with your midi export in 1bitdragon.

Hi DiglyD

Thanks a lot for your very valuable feedback, it gives me a ton of good ideas to dig into!

To explain how the midi export works, if you have for example a Guitar 1 on instrument 1, but in pattern 2, a Synth 1 on the same instrument, the midi export will create 2 midi tracks: track 1 / Guitar 1 and track 2 / Synth 1:

I can't reproduce your bug. I open a template in Reaper, with preloaded instruments, and I drag the midi file into Reaper DAW. When I hit play, all the instruments are playing:
