is it possible to get the iso for an emulator ?

i know it says it does not run on og hardware but can i run the iso or bin/cue if there is any on a emulator and where can i get the iso

The "PS1" in "Haunted PS1" only refers to the aesthetic of the games. They're not actually run on a Playstation...
