Bought the game, just the public version?

I paid the $5 donation but it's the same as the public version? I'm frustrated and wish I could get my money back. Now I know to read reviews/comments before doing anything else. Feels like a rip off but whatever. Does this mean that when the game is finished I'll still have to pay for it?

no you won't have to pay again and apparently the updates coming soon and it's only for donations build but he said that two weeks ago so idk

Yes it's a scam.

As you said sweetmes other games are giving updates for free more regularly on what are called "public version".

I will never spend one buck on momoiro software anymore.

A shame.

yea im Startin to lose hope too especially about what he's doing over on Twitter were he doesn't even seem to be working on it

Yeah sorry, I don't frequently post dev updates on twitter, i mostly just make sure I do monthly updates.

A lot of recent dev has been documentation and optimization for new content. As a result there's not much to show or talk about as far as what works on twitter. Because of this, I wrote a long post a couple weeks ago to explain.

Massive'ol Update: Development Planning and Scheduling, Delegation, Version Planning, and Other Things That Sound Boring but Are Absolutely Critical - Our Apartment by Momoiro Software, Sacb0y, MiNT (itch.io)

Hopefully this gives perspective.

I'm sorry, i tend to go quiet when I'm working on stuff as I feel like talking about dev gives me satisfaction and makes me lazy. But I make a dev update every month like the above, I mostly publicly post them to supporter sites though (Subscribe Star and Patreon).

A build will be released on all platforms this month to resolve the confusion. I just simply don't want to release a broken build on itch.

But at this point people seem so confused whatever build release is next will come to itch regardless of quality. for now i can only ask for patience.
