Let everyone know who you are, what kind of games you like playing, what type of game you would like to design, and anything else you may want to share.

My name is Grant; I am a freshman software engineering major from Iowa State, and I enjoy playing fighting games like Street Fighter V and Guilty Gear, but I also love anything made by Hideo Kojima!

Hi Grant! Welcome to the Jam. I am Ezequiel, part of the G2W staff. I've always been awful at fighting games but love Kojima´s work, especially his last game: Death Stranding.

Hey! I'm Steven! I am a senior in interdisciplinary design and I really love board games and pen and paper games of any kind as well as a wide range of video games. I would like to design a type of board game that helps people understand a concept through the experience!

Hi Steven! Thanks for joining the jam. I'm Ezequiel, part of the G2W staff. I love board game design as well. It would be great if you could come up with one during the jam.

Hey all, I'm Brennen! Like Steven, I'm a senior in the Interdisciplinary Design program at Iowa State.  I'm a sucker for almost any video game you could throw at me, but some of my favorites are The Legend of Zelda series, Sony's recent Spiderman releases, and a whole pool of crafting games like Stardew Valley and Valheim. As for board/card games, some of my recent favorites have been (like the aforementioned) Stardew Valley game and Sushi Go!. I'm excited to take some time this weekend and come up with ideas that could help promote some positive topics in the world, and I look forward to seeing what everyone creates!

Hi Brennen, thanks for joining the jam. This is Ezequiel, I am part of the G2W staff. I guess we have similar preferences when it comes to games. Haven't played Valheim though. Love the idea of spreading positive messages through games. Guess the Games for Good track might be a good one for you.
