Not much others can do about bad luck. But I have good news in this regard. The next update is likely to contain a system, in which you can scrap green/blue/purple quality raid items at the anvils, and use the gained materials to craft an item of the higher quality. This should serve as some sort of "anti-frustration" system, where everyone will be able to get all legendaries after a certain amount of runs.
