Pretty self-explanatory request, I think it would be beneficial for games like Celeste and Among Us to be able to list other platforms as an option just like you can currently with Steam, Google Play, Apple and Amazon App Store, and the Windows Store. I would say the links I would like to see are:

  • Nintendo eShop (for Nintendo Switch games)
  • PlayStation Store (for PlayStation 4/5 games)
  • Microsoft Store (for Xbox One/Series and Windows 10 UMP games)
  • Epic Games Store
  • GOG
  • GMG

Microsoft Store games, including Xbox One, Xbox Series, Windows 10, and Windows Mobile games can already be linked to in your itch.io game. The other ones are good suggestions. However, I find it unlikely that itch.io adds linking to GOG or GMG.

What format should the Windows Store url be? I've tried adding https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/nazdar-the-game/9N5SM5BLB17W but it gives me this error: windows phone URL — expected Windows Store product URL, or empty

I agree with the eshop link, but for switch users to be able to download you need the game to be in a .nsp file to work
