do u use crude workbots at all?

if so, why, for what or until what point?

do u find this to be an advantage?

tks!

TBH we haven't really structured the Bots properly yet, so both are available from the outset. The Crude Workerbot can now carry and store more than the Basic Bot, which is faster, so there are some differences :)

yeah, I´ve played with them both, it just that basic appear to be so much better with so little effort that I dont really find crude viable.

I know that it is a work in progress and its probably gonna be addressed at some point.

The reason I´m really asking is because I´m doing a speedrun and I was wondering if using crude at in the beginning would give me a headstart...

like always, TY!

In my opinion, the crude workerbots are just much more "human" and nice :) I like to put straw hats on them and let them slowly do the non-hectical work like milking cows. Watching them is much more calming then watching those hyperactive other ones :D

fair answer... I wish I could play like that... not possible atm...

You could use them for jobs that require little amounts of work or work over short distances. Such as recharging bots, or taking logs (since they can carry 2 in their hands as opposed to the basic bots which can carry 1) to storage. Eventually you should replace them to be fair but in some cases it may take a while before that in necessary.

They both have their perks, but steam is the best option honestly. It has the benefits of both!

Albeit expensive to make and have a hunger for wood
