Is a week the usual timeframe to have a new asset reviewed/indexed?

Hi,

It’s been a week since I’ve uploaded my new asset, I’ve received the email telling me it’s published, it appears on my profile, just not in search. I created it and put it in the summer sale, of which I’ve now missed 7 of the 9 days it’s live for.

I don’t remember seeing any onscreen/email text during submission indicating that my first paid asset will mean a lengthy review process, if I missed it apologies!. If there is an issue with the asset, I have no idea where to look for that feedback.

Also, if/when it eventually goes live, will it appear in the ‘Most Recent’ list at the time of publication (a week ago), or the time of indexing? Not that I want to rely on this list for all my promotion, but everything helps.

Assuming you mean The Painted Garden, it probably got stuck in the queue. It happens sometimes, so I gave it a bump. Hope this helps!

Thanks.

It’s a shame the published date is not updated after approval, as it’s now the 185th ‘most recent’, even though it’s just become practically ‘live’ on the site.
