I've just completed a route and the game shows a "reward" screen on which is written : "Andrew's Thoughts (For settling down, or whatever, with Dan on hard mode)"...

Does that mean that some items or achievements are only available on easy mode or only on standard mode too ?

There is one achievement and four dev process items associated with hard mode. Everything else can be obtained on any difficulty. (There is no difference between standard or easy in terms of unlocking things.)
