Importing SVG images

I tried importing a few SVG images - coming straight from Inkscape and saved in plain as well as Inkscape SVG - and the loading would start, the project screen opens, the bar at the top fills up but never quite reaches the end, and the application freezes. Closing is no longer possible, even though the popup shows, leaving a CTRL-ALT-DEL to kill the task.

Hey, I don't have the issue with small svg, what dimension of the page do you use in your inkscape project ? I will try to reproduce the issue.

Edit: ok reproduced, I will fix that. Thank you to have reported this.

Sure, thank you ! I fixed the issue with the svg import, it will be fixed in 0.6.1 update with other fixes and some minor changes for the end of the week normally.

Really nice result with this art style !

Thanks... I saw it... and will have to do a more detailed review - with SVG working so I can cater to the inkscape crowd.

Let me know if you need some art for screens, examples, or videos... I have a bunch lying around ;) and you can use them [free of charge of course].

Hey, SVG should be imported correctly now with 0.6.1 update.

I did two more videos - using pixelover - still not digging in deep enough but using it for the quick creation of game art assets. Thanks!
