[SOLVED] Can't seem to download from R18

Recently bought this and can't seem to figure out how to download from my R18 library. So I followed everything from this thread https://itch.io/t/1341826/guide-to-download-r18-movies

Got to step 3, and when I paste in 434chae00002 to download and press enter, I get the error
[FAIL] An internal exception was caught: Index out of bounds [-1]

Running on Windows 10 through CMD. Any help would be appreciated,

Nevermind, it was a setting I had enabled in W10 that caused the issue, everything is working fine now!

hello may u share what was the settings? coz i have difficulties to download using windows 10 as well
