why are you using vmware
because vmware cool and not shitty like virtualbox
Disable the vmware mouse driver. If that does not work try lowering the sensitivity of your mouse.
(MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 2 MICE) go to usb settings on your vm and show all usb devices then vm/romovable devices select your mouse
