What's wrong with itch.io's support system ? I never get any reply for an email. I've sent 2 mails til now and neither of them were replied.

do itch.io leave their developers to their fate?

Last I heard, support is prioritizing issues, to assist as many users as possible. Not sure how much time you’ve waited already, so I can’t say if it’s been fast or slow in your case.

Either way, I’ve let an admin know, in case it helps speed things up.

Thank you for fast replies here. My first mail was sent exactly 1 month ago(24.07.2021) and second one was sent 2 days ago(22.08.2021).

Tho first one was about payout methods. Both paypal and stripe was unusable in my country so I asked if there is an alternative. Luckily you guys've added a new payout method, which works fine for me.

But second one is about the payment cuts , I've made some calculations and amount we get is coming lower than expected. I wanted to ask if I'm missing anything. But I'm not sure if I should discuss that stuff here.
