I have had no success in destroying maskling settlements. I have found and attempted to destroy the mask-totem thing, but have had no success. Is this a bug, am I missing something, or is this just not in the game yet?

In the combat update. All you should do for now is establish walled settlements. Barbarians are easy to kill.
