Having Update issues

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, if so I do apologize. But I've run into an issue with installing the latest update. Every time I try to install it, it completes the install then a message appears saying "App not installed". Despite it downloading the updates fine before with no issues. I checked my storage space, and that's fine as I still have a loooot of storage space still available. I've also restarted my phone by turning it on and off, as well as making sure my permissions are allowing the download for the app. As this is a first for me, it could very well just be something I'm doing wrong perhaps. I am fine if I have to uninstall the game as a last resort, but I'd  like to avoid doing so if I can. As I'd hate to lose all of my saved progress. If it helps as well, I am trying to download the latest update for Android.

Any help or advice I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Have you updated since v.0.15a? Starting with that version, a complete reinstall was necessary for a significant portion of players, due to some major configuration changes, as outlined in this devlog. https://eddio.itch.io/killigans-treasure/devlog/248443/v015a-release

Oh, no I must have missed that dev log. I was out of town for a month and half during when that devlog was posted. So that's likely what happened. My apologies, just as I figured, I missed something that's an error on my part. Sorry if that was a silly thing to ask. Thanks for getting back to me, even for a silly thing like this. Hope things continue to develop smoothly for you on the game. And thanks again for letting me know.

No worries man, and thanks! There hopefully won't be any more complete reinstallations needed in the future, but if there ever are, there will be ways to catch back up fast.
