Are they ever going to transfer my games

On the 6th I sent an email to support asking them to transfer the 4 games in my account to https://jorio.itch.io/, on the 10th they sent a conformation email and I replied with a 'Yes". The games still seem to be in my account, though they are restricted. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, follow up on your support e-mail instead of breaking the rules of this category.

A bit rude...

The rules say usually 1-3 days, it's been 2 1/2 weeks, I though there might be some automated transfer I could do; that's what I'm asking.

I sent another follow up email.

Sorry. You're right, I was rude. But those rules exist for a reason. I hope support can get back to you soon.

P.S. I showed this to an admin, maybe they can help more.
