First i noticed that a lot of sex options are not visible like deepthroat and other even tho they are activated. is it because it requires some skill or something?

Is there anyway to remove specific sex traits?

also is there anything like the laboratory from strive for power? cuz modifying characters was pretty useful and cool

Sex traits can be activated or deactivated in character info under food and details, a box in the lower left of the screen with a heart and drumstick.  There does not appear to be a customization lab as of yet although you can give tattoos with the beauty parlor.
