I wanna put a custom video cutscene in my custom week, thats why the question.

sadly modding plus doesn't support webm videos the support will come when source code of week 7 comes out

there is a custom cutscenes option in the 4.0.0 update but it doesn't use cutscenes.mp4

Does it use .wmv cutscenes?

if you need cutscenes like that i have an easy engine that does not requier any coding or source code

and it has videos and kade engine imputs

Dude convert a video into a image sequence then watch m4tt's videos and then you'll get it.
