Yes, that would be BY-NC-ND, where "NC" stands for non-commercial. That's what it's for. But beware that the non-commercial clause is highly problematic, overly broad and too easy to misinterpret, hence why it hasn't been recommended for years. Besides, it would mean I'm forbidden from ever selling any games I make with those assets, and that's inconvenient even if I have no plans to do that right now.
I don't know of anything that fits your wants, I like CC-BY-SA for assets & Apache for software. Maybe the https://choosealicense.com/licenses/mpl-2.0/ would be of interest to you
You probably want a formulation along the lines of, "you can use these assets without limitation as part of your games, but you're not allowed to redistribute the asset packs themselves, in whole or in part, in any medium and for any purpose". It's pretty common.
Oh, obligatory disclaimer: I am not a lawyer. Talk to a real one for a formulation that can hold water in court.
The truth is, whatever license you use, it will still be pointless if you don't have legal counsel to back / enforce it. I had to sue somebody last year because the fella passed off my creations as his own (i distribute under the CC-BY-ND license) - with the pandemic going on, and the dude being offshore, you can imagine how bothersome that was.
If you are distributing something for free, stuff like that happens alot. Some i chose to overlook, some i had to take action.
