What 2D pixel art assets should I make?

I'm looking to make some 2d pixel art assets to put on the asset store (for free) but I'm not sure what to make. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I think there is already a lot of pixel art assets for world-building. If you make character assets packs, that would be a boost to your profile notoriety. Because there is a huge demand for character sprites "at least here on itch.io.

I'm starting to see the same character in a lot of games made for jams.

Or you could also go to analytics and check which assets packs that you have done did the best (In terms of visibility and downloads). That could mean that you are good at doing thoses for the public. And your best move should be to push that.

thanks for the advice!
