Been playing this game for a while now, but I still don't get how to become a deepone. I've read its possible a few times already, but I have no idea how. Also I love your game! It satisfies many of my game preferences, and I absolutely love its dark, grim and harsh fantasy reality. I look forward to the full game!
You need to get pregnant with a deepone baby which involves doing it with the enemy fishmen that are east of noir or in the fishmen ruins, you also need to avoid getting womb seedbed while trying for a deepone baby if you get seed bed you need to empty self out remove seed bed and try again if you pay attention to your hunger from full you can learn if you were successful or not the next day it will be missing about 5 more hunger than usual. also if you are a moot you also need to do it with a human at least once and also note you should probably have an insane amount of money expect to be pregnant most of the time since its a very long pregnancy compared to the other two i recommend a high wis nympho build with it

theres a chance to get the baby. it will appear human and take at least 35 days to give birth to on hell on hard it will merely take longer than others if you birth monsters its wrong if its human its correct since the chances are deepone,mixed race or more commonly fish kind monster birth,although seawitch lona is totally not worth it unless you want to play a healer build of sorts these days it has more cons than pros the only advantage it really has is the ability to break out of any bindings
I used SB with 10 stack so it didnt take as long, banged a deepone by the sea witch's grounds, birthed a "human" and kept the kid in inventory. When I died it told me i could take over the childs live and start again, so i did. Now you go visit the sea witch, she has an additional line of dialog because shes calling you her daughter now. She tries to turn you into a deepone but fails and sends you off confused (that gives you the awaken skill but doesnt tell you)
I like the awaken form better but you cant talk to anyone in this form, aside from everyone wants to rape you, those that dont wont talk
on hell or harder its only reduced by a couple days like 4 or 5 days (its a 47 day birth by default on hell,93 days on doom)so the sb 10 doesn't shorten it very much on higher difficulties SB10 is also awful on hell or harder if you have it its best to just keep it around 5 or you will spew milk everywhere non stop every time you reach a red milk level of 0
