Once you beat one of them you get a check for Strenght and when it fails one for bitch. The bitch check is 2 and I guess if you fail, it will lead to more doggy sex.
My question is how does one get to this check with a bitch score of 2? As far as I can tell you only get more bitch score by being knoted, but as soon as you are knoted with a bitch score of 2 you reach the bad end.

EDIT: connected to this question, is it possible to get/find a list of all possible encounters? I know this could spoiler things, but for me it is more about seeing everything

Yeah, this is currently an issue and it results in an unreachable branch - I think an entire scene with Wereslut is unreachable at this time.   That'll be fixed in the next version!

Currently there's not a viewable list of all encounters and scenes, but there will be eventually.  :D
