Alright, so I recently have been having an amazing run, except i lost an arm, so i killed a doctor who was selling an enstatic (Probably spelling that wrong, too lazy to check) and replaced it, later, i killed another doctor, got another enstatic arm, and went to a different doctor and tried replacing my arm, all it does is unequip my gear in that arm, take my money and make scrap appear next to me, Is this a bug? Do I have to amputate the arm first?

and then i tried amputating first, and it didn't even replace my arm!!

then i killed another doctor (for experimentation) and gte an enstitic leg, and when i tried to replace my leg it wouldn't even show up on the menu, even though it was in my inventory

Just did a quick test. Started a new character, severed his arm, spawned a Doctor and an Ensistic Arm. Was able to replace the stump with the new limb. Strength went up from 3 (After the penalty of losing my arm) to 8. It probably should be more clear what the item was that you replaced your arm with in the stats/inventory screen.

EDIT: Did you have another arm attached before? I think I found the issue caused by severing the same limb multiple times and reattaching it with non-organic parts.

EDIT 2: It was a bug for sure. Fixed it and made some adjustments to the system. 0.6.1 will have these changes, but I'll put out an experimental tonight. Thanks for the report! :D

Basically, you can have legs in your inventory, and then go to a doctor, and attempt to replace your limb, but it won't allow you to do it, since none of the legs in your inventory show up on the menu for replacing. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I don't really know.

I have the same problem with legs not showing up in version 0.6.4. I lost a leg and an arm. I was able to replace the arm successfully, but none of the legs show up even though I have 2 in my inventory.

Still on this topic about replacing limbs, I had problem in replacing limbs using the mouse, when i do it using the mouse, the game replaces a wrong limb, e.g when i replace a right hand, it replaces the left hand, i had keep retrying by quit without saving but the bug persisted, what i had done to overcome it was to use the keyboard arrows to move through rather than the mouse

Years passing by but limb replacement still doesn't work...

I lost both legs and 1 arm but I can't find any way to replace it, neither with help of a doctor, nor with surgeon kit! It allows me to replace only the arm that is NOT severed!

I'm in despair.

Hey, I am in the newest version, i created a mutant, and i have 2 right arms, one is severed, but it dosn't show up in the replacement menu.  Any advice?

(also, 2 times the game froze on me and i lost like 4 hours of progress. super annoying, if you know how to fix it i would appreciate it.)
