Due to the errors in the first screenshot, it is unlikely that any mods will work until the problem is resolved. It seems that your game failed to create a "backup" folder, which is a critical part of the mod system. Aric's mod cannot work correctly without the bugfix, so it's mostly pointless to consider the second errors.
