In Super Major Miner, your goal is to mine and collect treasure for points. You can choose to play solo or with a friend in 2-player co-op mode. This screenshot sums up what this game is all about (details below):

- To the left you have the sack, which is where you'll toss your treasure to gain points
- You stack treasure in your hands until the blue meter on the right fills to the top
- Once you obtain enough points to reach the "GOAL" (which is 2800 in this screenshot), you win!
- After you beat the level, you'll be sent to the world map where you can choose a new level
