I only help the NH port by answering questions when they get stuck or some features don't work the same in the newer engine and they need help for an engine workaround, or they don't understand some things, I will help answer questions.  But I have no interest in developing for New Horizons and will not devote any time to making developmental changes myself.  If that is a feature you want in New Horizons, you will have to ask them and they will have to perform the change themselves.
