I've yet to finish the game so these are my first impressions. This game is just perfect. My early experience of 90s Yharnam was amazing. The mood of the game completely differs from its PS4 counterpart. I had to get used to the new control configuration courtesy of ArionaAllant, but overall, it felt great. Despite the posts I've seen of clunky controls, it felt natural and easy for me to operate. The graphics just fit the game's aesthetic and genre really well. Walking through the shadowy roads in the early level was a more terrifying experience compared to it's bigger brother. The camera of the game felt a little off at first; I just had to adjust to it. I've also yet to encounter bugs but that's maybe due to the version I play on being a slightly more polished one. There's just one issue and it's probably on my end, but I just can't stream it on Discord to my friends. I'm trying to get some of them into Souls and this might be a good start for them. If anyone knows a fix, or if it's even possible at all, feel free to say. I'll be playing more of BBPSX and I hope that this gets all the love and support it deserves, and maybe a continuation in the future. You did such a great job Lilith!

To stream on Discord:

  1. Open Discord settings
  2. Go to Activity Status under the header "Activity Settings"
  3. Beneath "No game detected," you should see "Not seeing your game? Add it!" Click on "Add it!"
  4. From the drop-down, select "BBPSX"
  5. Click "Add Game"

DO NOT enable the overlay. The game will not function if the Discord overlay is active. (At least this was the case with version 1.00; I haven't tested with the current version, 1.03.1)

You should now be able to stream the game as you would any other.

That worked perfectly. Thanks so much!
